
Introduction
Equally important as supplying systems in the first place, is the support that we are able to provide to our customers. We have either passed on manufacturer warranties and use their support capability, or else we can provide contacts to experienced third part agents who will cover all the equipment we provide.
Installation
EnergyPod will carry out an installation survey as part of our supply discussions with the customer, advise on any areas where the suggested site is not suitable and needs work to bring it up to standard, and also assess access requirements.
Installation itself is extremely simple as we have ensured that the majority of our system components are prewired and tested in our factory, and on-site wiring is a minimum, this being restricted to the fitting of plugs and sockets as appropriate and connection to a customer’s consumer unit.
Warranty
We pass-on manufacturer’ warranties as well as our own 1 year warranty. A six-month warranty support visit is also made to ensure that all is well with the supplied system, and full Support Team contact details are provided.
